ACHILD Kenya is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors elected in accordance with our constitution. The Board provides strategic oversight, ensures legal and ethical compliance, approves major policies and strategies, monitors organizational performance, and safeguards assets and reputation.

Board composition: 7 members with expertise in public health, clinical medicine, education, finance, engineering, and counselling psychology.
