Our Board Members

Enos Onyancha
Board Chair
As the board Chair, Enos Onyacha has been instrumental in spear-heading the strategic direction of the organization, fund-raising and programs development. His leadership has helped the organization collaborate with stakeholders in the public and private sectors. Enos holds a bachelors degree in guidance and counselling and a higher diploma in clinical medicine. He is the founder and director of Eziekel’s Children’s home. He has over 18 year’s experience in guidance and counselling and HIV/AIDS management. Currently, he serves as the sub-county director of HIV and STIs program Nyamira County.
Douglas Ondieki
Board Secretary
Douglas holds a masters degree in educational planning and administration and is currently pursuing a masters degree in monitoring and evaluation from the University of Nairobi. He holds certificate in project management, certificate in monitoring and evaluation and certificate in global economic health from Washington State University. He is a YALI alumni. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of education, policy and child advocacy. As the secretary to the board, he provides the board with insight of the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensures that the strategic objectives of the board are implemented at the secretariat.
Charles Nyagaka
Board Member
Charles holds a bachelors degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Kenyatta University. He has previously served as a maintenance manager at Adrian Kenya. He currently works as a field maintenance officer with Safaricom Kenya.
Grace Kwamboka
Board Member
Grace holds a bachelors degree in guidance and counselling and a higher diploma in counselling psychology and a diploma in Nursing (KREHN). She has over 30 years of experience in child-mother healthcare, community health and nutrition. She also has over 18 years experience in HIV/AIDS management. She currently serves as the head of Isoge health center.
Brenda Meroka
Board Member
Brenda holds an MBA in finance from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She also holds a bachelor of commerce degree (finance) from the same institution. She has worked with the Central Bank of Kenya and currently serves as a finance officer at the Kisii county government. She brings her experience of financial management and expertise to the board.
Abel Sagini
Board Member
Abel Sagini has over 10 years’ experience in the education sector, having worked as a pre-school teacher and also as a secondary school teacher. He holds a degree in early childhood education (With honors) from the University of Nairobi. Abel also holds a degree in education in Chemistry and Biology option from Mt. Kenya University.
Alice Bundi
Board Member
Alice Bundi has over 30 years of experience in the health sector where she has served. She previously worked as a senior nurse and a counsellor at the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital. She has also previously worked as the health officer at the Kisii special school. She holds a higher diploma, in counselling psychology and a diploma in nursing (KREHN). She also holds a certificate in special needs in health care.
